Stir Fried Hokkien Noodles with Roast Pork




1/4 cup peanut oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp crushed garlic
350g hokkien noodles
3 leaves chinese cabbage
6 snake beans
1/4 cup pickled mustard greens
100g roast pork
1/4 cup bean sprouts
2 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1/3 cup chicken stock
4 tbsp oyster sauce
