As Steve and I wanted to watch the documentary about Peter the Great last night, I just whipped up something simple yet delicious for dinner. These dried orange peel pork noodles are very delicious, very aromatic. The aroma from the star anises goes well with the taste of dried orange peel. The noodles suck up the flavorful sauce, Steve was totally blown away by this.
