I found this recipe at Ohbin’s site, heaps of her blog readers tried this recipe and fell in love with it. I was amused when I learnt that the name 4321 is actually referred to the ingredients used (4 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of rice vinegar and 1 tbsp of Chinese cooking vine). You can use this recipe to cook anything that you can think of, some of Ohbin’s blog readers tried 4321 prawn, 4321 chicken, 4321 pork ribs, 4321 fish and etc. By looking at the feedback of those readers, I knew I just had to give it a try!!
It was so easy to put together, put all the ingredients in the frying pan and cook till the sauce thickens up and turns brown. May I suggest you try this recipe if you have kids at home, they will definitely love this dish .. because.. hehehe..my BIG kid at home loved them too !!!
