I was busy with the moving out packing this morning and really felt too lazy to cook something “fancy” tonight. I'm just too lazy to leave the house just to get some ingredients I don't have. So... What can I cook tonight?
*rummage the fridge*
Da-Lah!! I think I can fry pasta tonight. Hmm.. What about Pad Thai style fry Fettuccine!! Sounds good?! May be not, but I think it sounds Interesting..hehehe
According to one of the bloggers (Appon’t Thai Food), Pad Thai is a fried noodle dish, although there are many dishes called Pad Thai, all are essentially the same: fried rice or glass noodles with chili and other ingredients for flavoring.
The pasta tasted so nice, we loved it!! It was really yummy!!
1 Onion
1 cup of broccoli

1 Onion
1 cup of broccoli
1 Egg
300 gm of minced meat
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Chilli Sauce
1 dash of fish sauce
1 Tablespoon Peanuts ( pound to fine pieces )
3 Tablespoons Oil
Boil water in a large pot and add noodles (I use Fettuccine) at the boiling point. Boil the noodles until pliable and softened. Heat up the pan then pour in the eggs and a pinch of salt. Scramble the eggs and when cooked remove it. Pour in few doses of cooking oil. Add in the chopped onion and quickly stir a few times, then follow by minced meat and broccoli. Stir and mix the ingredients well with the onion until you smell the sweet aroma from the ingredients. Add the noodle/pasta, all the sauces and stir fry vigorously over high heat. Then, add in the scrambled egg, stir for 1 minute. Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions and peanuts.

How much pasta did you use for this quantity of sauce/meat? This looks so yum, I want to try it myself!
Hi, Mellie
i normally use about half a pack of the pasta (for 2 ppl) or sometimes i use 2 packages of instant noodles (just the noodles)...
Sorry about the vague amounts for the pasta- i made it up as i went along, so there were/are no set amounts. ..Let me know how you go with this recipe, I'd love to hear how you go!
